First release since the original ROvis monolith was split into this umbrella package
plus six standalone packages (ROvis.utils, ROvis.ggplot2, ROvis.plotly,
ROvis.echarts, ROvis.table, ROvis.shiny), and the repository moved from GitLab to
GitHub.
